Our Arabica coffees are grown exclusively in the Sidamo Province of Ethiopia. Our coffee which is wet-processed (washed) uses only the ripest coffee cherries to produce a premium gourmet coffee. Known for its rich, full body (mouthfeel), sweet and complex flavor, low acidity, floral aroma, and a finish that is bright and soft.
Our Yirgachefe blends have a deep, spice and wine or chocolate-like taste and floral aroma. While our Guji type blends truly brings out the distinctive lemon and citrus flavor notes and bright crisp acidity found in all Sidamo coffees.
